For international B2B export, container-volume purchasing is preferred.
50% deposit against the signed sales contract and Proforma Invoice (PI). Order allocation and shipment preparation proceed after confirmation of the agreed deposit.
The remaining 50% balance is payable once the goods are ready for shipment and the agreed shipping documentation is provided / confirmed.
Payment terms may be adjusted for established customers or specific institutional contracts, subject to commercial approval. Terms, banking details, shipment schedule and documentation requirements are stated on the final Proforma Invoice and sales contract.
