Scope
These terms apply to your use of lebrisgildas.com and to quotations and orders placed with Lebris Gildas Trading. The site is for business buyers such as importers, distributors, retailers and institutional buyers. It has no online checkout; every order is agreed in writing.
Product information
Brand pages, specifications and pack details are provided for reference. Exact SKU availability, pack sizes, prices and lead times are confirmed in the quotation. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products offered.
Quotations and orders
A quotation sets out the product, quantity, price, commercial terms and validity period. An order is confirmed when both parties accept it in writing, for example through a proforma invoice or sales confirmation.
Minimum order
The recommended minimum order is one 20 ft container, subject to the selected SKU and supplier. Smaller quantities or mixed loads depend on availability and are confirmed on request.
Payment terms
Standard terms are a 50% deposit when the order is confirmed and the 50% balance on shipment, once the goods are ready and shipping documents are provided. Different terms apply only if agreed in writing.
Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide in full container loads on FOB, CFR, CIF or other agreed commercial terms. Risk passes according to the agreed commercial term. Export documents are available on request and are listed in the quotation.
Inspection and claims
Please inspect the goods on arrival and report any shortage, damage or non-conformity in writing, with photos and the container and batch details, within the period stated in the sales confirmation.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events outside our control such as port congestion, carrier schedules or customs holds. Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods concerned.
Governing law
The law that governs an order, and the place where disputes are settled, are stated in the sales confirmation for that order.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when an order is confirmed applies to that order.
